Dalaman
Dalaman is one of the few coastal areas which is still relatively undeveloped. The town itself is several miles inland and remains predominantly Turkish but with basic English spoken in most of the cafes and restaurants. Consequently, prices are lower than in many of the resort towns and villages.
But this may be about to change. The coastal area is currently a mixture of marsh and farmland, with a few villas with sea views, but plans are being developed to build a new marina and also a golf course. When these take off the whole area is likely to develop rapidly. Have a look at the fabulous properties for sale in Dalaman, Turkey.
