PAYMENT SCHEDULE PHASE 1
The first units to be constructed are 31-64. Stage payments for these 34 units are almost immediate as they are nearly complete.

1. £2,000 - will secure your property.
2. 15% - If you wish to proceed with the purchase within two weeks of reservation 15% is required to activate the purchase/sale contract.
3. 35% - (less the £2,000 deposit) upon signing the purchase/sale contract.
4. 50% - payable on completion and taking possession of your property.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE PHASE 2
