This is a wonderful area of the world.... not just Spain, and
we endeavour to find you magnificent Costa de la luz
properties for sale. Vast expanses of Atlantic beaches...
small Spanish towns... pine forests... space, space and more
space. If this area becomes overcrowded it will not be in our
lifetimes. This is NOT a 'holiday home' area. About 90%
Spanish and well spread out the Costa de la Luz is never
crowded.
The Costa de la Luz is split into two areas divided by one of
the world's larges national parks... the Doñana. There is the
Cadiz Coast which is the southern region of the Costa de la
Luz with the small villages and towns of Tarifa, Zahara de los
Atunes, Barbate, Conil, Chiclana, Cadiz, Puerto de Santa Maria
and last but not least Chipiona. Conil and Chiclana seem to be
the most popular towns at the moment, the larger by far being
Chiclana. We have a very good selection of villas and a few
apartments in this area find your dream house amongst these
Costa de la Luz properties for sale. The sunsets on the
beaches here are second to none.
Chipiona, just north of Cadiz, is up and coming so we also
have an office and a decent selection of property here. We do
really have most of this coast line covered with associates in
all the major 'ports of call'.
The Huelva coast is what we call the northern region of the
Costa de la Luz. Here a small stretch of coast gives us some
major golf courses and a few exclusive developments and villas
before venturing into Portugal.
The Costa de la Luz is certainly worth considering as prices
are still very reasonable and the holiday makers are few and
far between.
Vejer is a lovely Spanish pueblo blanco (white village). Many
of the houses here have been or are being renovated and the
town itself is immaculately kept. Only ten minutes drive from
the beach and perched up high above the most amazing
countryside, Vejer is a very popular destination for nationals
and foreigners alike. Great views, great restaurants, great
place to buy a property.
Wherever you decide to buy on the Costa de la Luz, rest
assured that you will fall in love with the place. Very
Spanish, slightly bohemian with pockets of sophistication you
cannot fail to find everything you are looking for and more in

plot, 15 – 20 minutes from the beach – €160,000 euros minimum
Detached villa in Chiclana, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 500 sq m
plot, 5 – 7 minutes from the beach – €180,000 euros minimum
Two-bedroom apartment near the beach but probably not walking
distance and no sea views – minimum €150,000 euros
Two-bedroom apartment near the beach with sea views – minimum
€240,000 euros (but even at that price they are very difficult
to find and sell very quickly)
If your budget does not stretch to the above, we suggest the
following:
Flat in Alcalá/Paterna/Medina from €50,000 euros upwards.
Village house in Alcalá/Paterna/Medina from €85,000 euros
upwards.

on some of these village properties inland.
